1.We can provide international delivery services to the following countries/regions: United States If you use direct calculation of shipping cost: We will directly calculate the shipping cost of your order and you will see it at checkout.
After your order arrives in your country, it may be affected by tariffs, resulting in an additional cost. Our company will not bear the corresponding cost, and all costs will be borne by the buyer.

2.Your order will be shipped within 7 days after payment. Once your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and the shipping confirmation. You can track your package from the order details page.

3. If the seller doesn't ship your item on time, you can cancel the order. You can also contact the seller to determine the exact shipping time. If you deem the shipping time acceptable, the order will remain effective. If you deem the shipping time unacceptable, you can cancel the order.

4. Delivery time may vary due to the customs laws of different countries, logistic arrangements, weather, and seasonal holidays. Usually, carrier services are faster than the postal service but may also be more expensive. If you have stricter time requirements and the seller offers various shipping services, we recommend that you choose a carrier service.

If item isdefective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shippinglabel.In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and mayship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.

3. lf you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require thatyou contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quicklyresolve the issue.

4.To cancel an order, please contact Risemart as soon as possible. lfyour order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. lfyour order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we havereceived the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

5.All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
